The Blaze Verify platform validates your email lists in real time using a diverse set of strategies specifically designed to provide you with the most accurate results. While we can’t explain every step in our process (that would give away our secret sauce), we are happy to share the basics.

  1. We determine if the email address is syntactically valid. We start by checking for the obvious components of a valid email address, like an @ symbol and a properly formatted domain. We also run various other checks that may be domain specific.
  2. We check if the email fits the criteria for any of our denotations (free, role, disposable, etc).
  3. We check that the email address points to a valid email server (MX records).
  4. We connect directly to the email server via our domain specific strategies to authenticate if the email address exists on the server.
